How to Make a Complaint

If you have a concern about the tax agent services we provide:

  • Keep your information confidential unless the law requires disclosure.
  • Manage any conflicts of interest.

You should:

  • Provide complete, accurate, and timely information.
  • Keep necessary records and share them when required.
  • Respond to our requests and meet agreed timeframes.

Prescribed Events and Conditions

If, within the last five years, any prescribed events occur (such as suspension of registration, bankruptcy, serious offences, or other TPB sanctions) or if our registration becomes subject to conditions, we will notify you as required by law.
